At the suggestion of my RD who specializes in GI issues, I began taking Omni Biotic Stress Release daily (morning, empty stomach) to upgrade my probiotic and align it with my medical conditions and health goals. I'd never tried a powder before and wasn't sure what to expect. Mixing with 4-5 ozs of water, it doesn't have a taste or flavor and is easy to drink - no upset stomach at all. It also kick-starts making a daily water goal. I've noticed improvements in digestive health.
