When the probiotic powder is dissolved in water prior to intake, the freeze-dried probiotic bacteria rehydrate and begin to consume these prebiotic nutrients. If you extend the activation time of Omni-Biotic to up to 30 minutes, the bacteria almost completely metabolize their food so that, at most, only a few molecules of these substances enter your body.

Omni-Biotic Balance probiotic should be taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, whereas Omni-Logic Immune prebiotic should be taken right before a meal. 

Omni-Biotic Balance Probiotic: 

1. Stir one sachet of Omni-Biotic Balance in approximately 4 ounces of room temperature water or other non-acidic liquid (i.e. dairy/dairy alternative milk or yogurt, apple juice).
2. Wait 1 minute for probiotic activation.
3. Stir again and enjoy!

Omni-Logic Immune Prebiotic: 

1-3 times per day, dissolve 1 measuring spoon (5 g) of Omni-Logic Immune in approximately 4-6 oz of still, room temperature water or beverage of your choice, stir, and then drink the mixture. There is no need to wait for activation of the prebiotic powder in the water.

Tip: Start with ½ measuring spoon once a day for 3 days. Then gradually increase to the full daily recommended amount of 1 measuring spoon 3 times per day. This allows your good gut bacteria to multiply appropriately. The measuring spoon can be found inside the product container and may be buried within the prebiotic powder.

Yes, Omni-Biotic probiotics contain only strains of bacteria that naturally occur in the human intestine, and no chemical agents that can interact with other supplements or medications. Furthermore, Omni-Logic prebiotics are dietary fibers and do not pose a risk of being taken with other supplements and/or medications. 

It is, however, recommended to take Omni-Biotic probiotics and Omni-Logic prebiotics at least one hour away from other supplements and/or medications.

Omni-Biotic probiotics are manufactured in the form of freeze-dried bacteria that need to be reactivated before intake. Due to its basic pH value, room temperature water creates the optimal environment to activate the bacteria and to energize them for their journey through your gastro-intestinal tract. 

If you prefer, milk or yogurt, as well as apple juice are also well suited to rehydrate Omni-Biotic. 

Please note that, in general, the liquid in which you dissolve Omni-Biotic should be under 100 degrees Fahrenheit and non-acidic. If the liquid is too cold, the bacteria cannot sufficiently “wake up” from their freeze-dried state. If the liquid is too hot, then they will die before you drink them. Juices and coffee are too acidic for the probiotic bacteria to survive.

Depending on the health of your gut microbiome, it may be that you experience mild digestive issues (e.g. bloating, gas, diarrhea) the first few days of using this product. This is a sign that your gut flora is rebalancing and potentially eliminating any pathogens. If this is the case, it is recommended that you introduce Omni-Biotic slowly over the course of a few days (beginning with the amount of a knife-tip) to minimize possible digestive side effects. Such situations are rare and only occur in about 5% of users.

All Omni-Biotic probiotics and Omni-Logic prebiotics are shelf-stable at room temperature. They should be stored in a cool and dry place and do not require refrigeration.

Omni-Biotic probiotics have a shelf life of 12-18 months, and Omni-Logic prebiotics have a shelf-life of 6 months.

Yes, most Omni-Biotic probiotics are safe for children. Omni-Biotic Hetox is not recommended for children. 

For babies and up to one year of age: Omni-Biotic Panda was specifically developed for babies and young children to support the healthy development of the baby’s gut microbiome, digestive system, and immune function. It has also been shown in clinical studies to improve symptoms of infant colic and to reduce the risk of childhood allergies, such as eczema. 

For children between one and three years of age: If the child is benefiting from Omni-Biotic Panda, this is often a good choice to continue until three years of age. Other probiotic formulations (except Omni-Biotic Hetox) can be taken at half of one sachet per day (i.e., half of the daily recommended dose for adults). 

For children older than three years of age: Children above three years of age typically respond well to taking the regular daily recommended dose. Omni-Biotic Hetox is not recommended for children. 

To improve the taste of the probiotic, you can dissolve it in infant formula, milk or yogurt, a dairy alternative, lukewarm soups and apple juice. Avoid juices that are too acidic such as orange juice as these negatively impact the probiotic bacteria.

All Omni-Logic products are safe for children over the age of six years. It is recommended to give children a reduced dosage, starting with a knife tip per day in a large glass of water. For Omni-Logic Plus, it is important to add sufficient liquid to ensure safe and easy ingestion, because the product can gelatinize.
