These Subscription Program Terms (“Subscription Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, the subscriber, (“you”) and AllergoSan USA LLC, doing business as Omni-Biotic (“AllergoSan,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Subscription Terms form part of the Company’s Terms of Use and, together with the Terms of Use and any other documents expressly incorporated by reference therein, govern your participation in the Company’s subscription program. The Company offers certain products through a recurring subscription program. By selecting a subscription option and completing your purchase, you expressly agree that your subscription will automatically continue on a recurring basis until you cancel it in accordance with these Subscription Terms.
Our subscription program provides subscribers with a ten percent (10%) discount on each recurring subscription order. Subscribers may choose from the following subscription tiers: two (2), three (3), four (4), six (6), eight (8), or twelve (12) weeks.
Each subscription tier will automatically renew for successive periods that correspond to the frequency selected by the subscriber, unless canceled in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.
For example, if you select a four (4) week subscription tier, the subscription will renew every four (4) weeks. Likewise, selecting a two (2), three (3), six (6), eight (8), or twelve (12) week subscription tier will have the subscription renew at the end of each applicable two (2), three (3), six (6), eight (8), or twelve (12) week period, respectively.
When you enroll in a subscription, you authorize the Company and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for your initial order and each recurring subscription order at the billing frequency you select, until you pause or cancel your subscription.

Each recurring charge will include the applicable subscription price, reflecting the ten percent (10%) subscription discount, combined with any additional discounts used at checkout, together with any applicable taxes and shipping charges. You are responsible for maintaining current and accurate billing and payment information.
After enrolling, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. The Company will also send automated email reminders regarding upcoming subscription orders.
You are responsible for maintaining a current email address and reviewing communications concerning your subscription.
You may manage your subscription through the My Account page on the Site. Available subscription-management options include updating your payment information and temporarily pausing your subscription.You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time before the scheduled refill date. If you do not pause or cancel before that date, your order will proceed as scheduled, and your payment method will be charged.
If an order has already been processed or shipped when the Company receives your cancellation or modification request, the request will apply to the next scheduled subscription order.
Cancellation prevents future subscription charges but does not cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or shipped.
Subscription orders are subject to our Shipping and Returns Policy, including the final sale provisions. Once a subscription order is processed, it is a final sale and cannot be canceled or modified. We may, at our discretion, make exceptions to our Shipping and Returns Policy, including its final sale provisions.
We may, in our sole discretion, modify these Subscription Terms, including applicable prices or discounts, from time to time. Where required by applicable law, the Company will provide advance notice of material changes to the price or other material terms of your subscription.
