How Are Omni-Biotic Products Shipped?

We use expedited shipping methods to help ensure your order arrives promptly. Our standard shipping method is FedEx 2-Business-Day service, and overnight delivery is available for an additional charge. Express orders must be placed by 12:00 PM EST on business days. Do You Ship Internationally / To Canada?

What If My Package is Damaged Or Missing?

We're very sorry if your package arrives damaged or is missing items. Please contact our customer service team immediately with your order details and any photos of the damage. We'll work with you promptly to resolve the issue. Please note that once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Allergosan USA no longer has control over the delivery. Shipping delays may occur, particularly during peak seasons like holidays, or due to adverse weather conditions. After the package has been successfully delivered to your specified shipping address, it becomes the customer's responsibility to ensure its safekeeping. Allergosan USA cannot provide reimbursement for products that a customer claims as missing if the package has been successfully delivered by the carrier, as verified through the tracking number.

Please note that we currently only accept returns from within the United States and are unable to process returns from Canada or other international destinations. All returns will be subject to a $8.50 shipping & restocking fee.

Do Omni-Biotic Products Have Regulatory Approval?

Omni-Biotic probiotics are developed by Institut Allergosan in accordance with the highest quality criteria for probiotics presented by the FDA, World Health Organization (WHO), World Gastroenterology Organization (WGO), and Austrian/German Societies for Probiotic Medicine (OePROM / DePROM). All products sold on omnibioticlife.com meet "Generally Recognized As Safe" (GRAS) criteria specified by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), are produced according to cGMP criteria and meet highest European quality standards.

Are Omni-Biotic Products Eligible for HSA/FSA?

We collaborate with TrueMed, who issue "Letters of Medical Necessity" (LMN) to clients who are holding either a Healthcare Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). If you do have an HSA or FSA account through your employer, you can follow these steps. They will return the LMN within 48 hours, which you can then either submit for a reimbursement claim or keep on file to pay directly with your HSA debit card for future purchases. Kindly note that this service is exclusively available in the US.

Why Do Some Omni-Biotic Products Have Different Names In Europe And The U.S.?

Omni-Biotic products are sold in more than 40 countries, and some formulations are marketed under different names depending on the region. For example, Omni-Biotic Balance is known as Omni-Biotic 6 in Europe, and Omni-Biotic Stress Release is called Omni-Biotic SR 9. Regardless of the name on the box, all Omni-Biotic products are developed by Institut Allergosan in Austria and are backed by the same commitment to quality, research, and targeted formulations.
